Each year, for one week in June or July, the Parish offers a Vacation Bible
School for the parish children in which they learn further of the love of Jesus
for His people. Ministry members serve as teachers, teacher aides, arts and
crafts instructors, music directors, recreation leaders and helpers.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - 2010

High Seas Adventure, June 21-25, 2010, 9:00am-Noon for children age 4
(by June 1) through Gr 5.
Registration has begun and will close when we fill our 100 slots; so

online and send it in or drop
it off at the office; registration fee:$40 We are looking for many helping hands to make sure our ship sets sail.
There are a variety of adult volunteer teams to choose from, some are at
work now and others will form and be at work by May. Teams are forming now
so call to volunteer. This is a great service hour opportunity for high
school students, and a limited number of middle school volunteer positions

SUMMER CAMP
Come with us as we experience a summer of fun with St. Raphael’s Summer Camp
2009. The program will run for 8 weeks from June 15th through August 7th and
will be open from 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Our program is
open to all school age children ages 5-11. Children from our Parish as
well as others from the community are welcome to attend. The camp offers a
variety of scheduled activities based on each week’s theme.
These may include art projects, science exploration, reading and math
enrichment, sports activities, computer technology, games, water play and lots
of fun! Included in the weekly fee are daily morning and afternoon snacks, field
trips, picnics, library visits, fishing and swimming. Enrich your child’s
summer by attendance at our camp. Experience the Cool place to spend the Hot
summer. Forms are available in the school, church office or from the Extended

Looking for something to do this summer?
St. Raphael’s Specialty Camps may be just what you are looking for! We have
classes for all age groups including middle and high school. Each camp is one
week long and will run from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon (unless otherwise noted).
Cost is $25.00 registration and $75.00 for the week. Before and aftercare is
