MINISTRY CONTACTS

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee has the responsibility of gathering and reviewing financial information pertaining to the operation of the parish. This data can be of significant assistance to the pastor and appropriate ministries.  The Pastor appoints members of the Finance Committee.

LONG RANGE PLANNING

This ministry was established to assist the Pastor in planning for the long-range capital improvements needed for the parish based upon growth of the parish, budget and condition of the facilities.  Considerations for the expansion of the Church, School and ancillary facilities are included  The Pastor appoints members of this ministry.

Money Counters

The Money Counters Ministry makes certain that parishioners' gifts of treasure though Offertory and other collections receive an accurate accounting and are properly deposited.  Ministry work is done in teams of 3-4 members.

Parish Office Volunteers

Although the Parish employs an office staff to handle the daily operations, it would not be practical or efficient to increase the number of employees to cover all possible tasks. Parish Office Volunteers fill this void by being available to assist with staff intensive regular functions such as arranging for the weekly bulletin, as well as serving as support for special projects and needs.

STEWARDSHIP COMMITTEE

Stewardship is "each person making a responsible use of his or her gifts in returning a fair share to God." The goal of the Stewardship Committee is to assist parishioners in finding ways to make a return to the Lord of a portion of the blessings of Time, Talent, and Treasure. Such assistance can come in many forms including the presentation of a Time and Talent Fair in which parishioners have the opportunity to become acquainted with the various Parish Ministries. The Stewardship Committee helps plan the annual "Sacrificial Giving Program."   The Pastor appoints members.  Please visit our Stewardship Web Page.
