St. Raphael Catholic School is a vital ministry of St. Raphael's Parish.  Our school encourages the formation of self-confident, motivated, faith-filled students and hopes to instill in them a lifelong love of God and learning.  The school community counts on the spiritual and financial support of all parishioners.  The generosity of time, talent, and treasure from loving people have created, supported, and have helped to maintain a thriving, faith-filled Catholic school here at St. Raphael's for the past 40 years.

  BAND BOOSTERS
The St. Raphael Catholic School Band is widely recognized for its accomplishments. Its members have received the highest honors in Florida and regional competitions. Band Boosters assist with the raising of funds for the enhancement of the band program and preparation for the band’s performances and other activities.


BLESSED SACRAMENT VISITATION
Jesus is present in the consecrated Host in the tabernacle with His Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. We make available to all students during their lunch periods on Tuesdays and Fridays the opportunity to visit Him and offer Him the adoration he deserves while also asking His help in their lives. Adult volunteers supervise the children during their visits and can lead them in prayer.


CHILDREN'S CHOIR
This ministry provides the opportunity for St. Raphael Catholic School students
to learn and develop choir skills. The Children’s Choir sings at the school
Masses.


HOME & SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
Home & School Association members meet to discuss St. Raphael Catholic School issues, work on various projects and enjoy social activities. They also organize and participate in fundraisers such as the school auction and golf tournament. The Home & School Association is a significant contributor to the school’s excellent quality of education.


JUNIOR VINCENTIAN MINISTRY
The Junior Vincentian Ministry is for middle school students who are called to live their faith through Christian service to others. As members of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, they are commissioned each year as leaders of a school-wide effort to help those in need. The Junior Vincentians develop and lead projects helping people in our own community and working with Catholic Charities, St. Vincent de Paul’s Center for Hope, hospitals and nursing homes, and Spirit FM. Students learn from a young age “what Jesus would do” AND DO IT!!!!


R.E.A.C.H.
Royals Elevate And celebrate Hope is to inspire and empower our students to take action that will positively impact the lives of others; thus more fully living their Christian faith. The goal being to instill volunteerism and community service with an entrepreneurial spirit that students will carry into adulthood.


SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL
This committee assists the Pastor and school principal in the operation of the school. The School Advisory Council consists of parents of school children as well as two non-parent parishioners. Parishioners elect the School Advisory Council members each spring.


SCHOOL SPORTS AND ATHLETICS
We consider our sports and athletic programs to be important ministries of our school in that they foster fellowship and a healthy conditioning of mind and spirit. After school team sports, clinics, clubs and camps are available to students in Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Track, Tennis, Cheerleading and Flag Football. In certain sports, formal competition among other Catholic and private schools provides a healthy and well supervised opportunity for competitive interaction with other youth.
