St Vincent DePaul
The St. Raphael Conference of St. Vincent de Paul regularly collects parishioner donated food items for the needy the 3rd weekend of each month. Food collection bins will be available in the Narthex for donated items. In an effort to promote health and wellness, as well as disease prevention, we are requesting a healthy variety of food to distribute to those we serve. Please consider choosing foods that are whole grain, and low in sugar, salt and saturated fat. Additionally, we gladly accept paper towels, toilet paper and any toiletry items. Monetary donations should be deposited in the "Poor Boxes" located on the front of the tables in the Narthex. These type donations will better address the needs of the clients we serve. Please know, St. Vincent de Paul cannot distribute out of date food items due to the possible health liabilities. We dispose of all out of date donated items at both the conference and district level. God Bless you in your gift of almsgiving to those in need.
